We had been searching for a material, and all the other plastic places said it was on back order, or would be 4 - 6 months out. Nelson took our request, and then called us back in about 15 minutes. He had a piece that would work for us, and it was in stock. We zipped down there to pick up, and the staff seem to all be as great as Nelson.
