Polysulfone (PSU) is a machinable, medical-grade, amorphous high-performance thermoplastic material known for its excellent mechanical and electrical properties. This material offers high dimensional stability and proven performance at elevated temperatures, with a 320ºF continuous use temperature. Polysulfone is highly resistant to many acids and solvents, gamma radiation, and can withstand repeat sterilization and autoclaving, making it ideal for demanding applications in food equipment, electronics, and medical industries.
